Exhibition Overview:
To meet the supply chain demands of international engineering construction and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the 5th International Engineering Construction Supply Chain Expo 2025 (formerly the International Engineering Procurement Conference and Exhibition) (hereinafter referred to as the EPC Expo), jointly organized by the China International Engineering Consulting Association and the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) from September 17 to 19, 2025.
The EPC Expo is jointly co-organized and supported by 200 large-scale construction, investment, and development entities, international engineering general contractors, major construction firms, design institutes, and industry associations in the field of engineering construction. It specially invites over 1,000 engineering construction units to visit as groups, and will prioritize inviting engineering construction administrative departments in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, government investment project management departments and implementing entities, international engineering general contractors, traders and agents for engineering construction materials and equipment, engineering survey, design and consulting firms, decoration and renovation companies, as well as overseas traders and purchasers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other regions to visit and negotiate.
This edition of the Expo focuses on three major sectors: the entire process of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC), materials, and mechanical equipment. The Expo plans an exhibition area of 37,500 square meters, expects 300 exhibiting companies, and anticipates over 30,000 professional visitors.
The EPC Expo was launched in 2018. As the earliest-developed, most professionally advanced, and socially influential engineering construction expo in China, it has become an important platform for serving domestic and international EPC investment and construction projects, thanks to its strong professionalism, broad industry coverage, and precise depth. Over the years, it has received high attention and full recognition from all sectors of the industry. The Expo has been successfully held for four consecutive editions, gradually becoming an international platform for promoting EPC engineering construction achievements, a showcase for the development achievements of engineering construction units, a professional exhibition platform for upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry, and a high-end platform for promoting exchange, cooperation, and high-quality development in the engineering construction industry!
After 7 years of accumulation, the EPC Expo focuses on providing general contracting units with comprehensive service solutions covering the entire process from project initiation, design consultation, investment and construction, construction procurement, project management, to delivery and operation; from individual innovative technical products at each stage of engineering construction to system integration, optimizing the industry supply chain structure to form a closed loop. 1. The Premier Event for EPC Procurement - EPC2025
High participation from central state-owned enterprises and local general contractors, facilitating matchmaking between suppliers and buyers, organizing procurement exhibition tours, and inviting EPC general contracting units for negotiations in designated areas. Organize procurement exhibition tours on a group basis.
Register planned construction projects and engineering procurement requirements of purchasing units in advance; provide exhibitor product promotion beforehand; distribute VIP brochures to purchasing units on-site; based on feedback from purchaser surveys, provide exhibitors with exclusive services of higher added value; survey purchasing units' willingness to evaluate suppliers in advance, and arrange orderly post-exhibition activities according to plan to provide value-added services for exhibitors.

The "Belt and Road" Initiative has always been an important global focus. The implementation of international infrastructure projects is a key pillar of the "Belt and Road" development. The exhibition will also invite embassies from multiple countries and will separately set up an international project exchange and matchmaking area during the event to recommend their key "Belt and Road" projects and cooperation fields.
