AIGC Lighting Design Advanced Workshop (Hangzhou)
With the deepening development of globalization and economic integration, highly skilled talent has become an important pillar of national competitiveness. Vocational skills training plays a bridging and linking role in promoting industrial upgrading. Firstly, training can improve the quality of workers and enhance their employment competitiveness; secondly, by improving individual skills, it increases job opportunities, alleviates employment pressure, and thereby improves the overall quality and efficiency of social employment. In addition, skilled talent training is crucial for enhancing corporate competitiveness. It helps enterprises adapt to market changes, improve product quality and service levels, and enhance market competitiveness. Through vocational skills training, workers can master new technologies and processes, meet the demand for high-skilled talent in emerging industries, and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industry. At the same time, training also promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, revitalizing them through skill enhancement.
To accelerate the improvement of practitioners' knowledge and professional skills in lighting design, and combining with the current development of AI technology, the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), based on the training courses of the Lighting Designer Vocational Skill Level Evaluation System, has specially added a premium course training class for Intelligent Lighting Designers (AI). Based on industry development needs, the new training curriculum will focus on improving practical skills, ensuring that students can quickly apply what they have learned to actual work. By strengthening the understanding of frontier technologies and cultivating practical operation capabilities, students will not only be competent in current lighting design work, but also maintain competitiveness in the rapidly changing market. Combining real cases and project practice, the course will help students deeply master the application of AI in lighting design, enhance their innovation ability and level of solving practical problems, and ultimately provide solid talent support for the high-quality development of the industry.
