Participated successively in the design and implementation of various phase projects of the China Green Lighting Program jointly developed by the National Development and Reform Commission, the United Nations Development Programme, and the Global Environment Facility. Has long been engaged in the management of the lighting appliance Industry, with familiarity in production, management, technology, and policies of the domestic and international lighting appliance sectors. Possesses years of research experience in the transformation and technological upgrading of the lighting appliance Industry, cleaner production in the lighting appliance Industry, customs classification notes for lighting products, and standardization work for lighting appliance products.
