■ Exhibition Background:

With the rapid development of urban economy and construction, the lighting Industry has entered a period of rapid growth, establishing a complete supply chain covering production, sales, and R&D. It basically meets domestic market demand and has formed the world's largest lighting Industry base. Urban lighting projects across various regions have achieved remarkable results, providing greater development space for the lighting Industry and driving continuous growth in overall market size.

Xiamen is one of the first four special economic zones to implement China's opening-up policy, one of the three areas of the "China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone", and an important hub for the LED Industry in China. In the Industry, the characteristics of Xiamen's LED Industry are hailed as the "Xiamen Model", serving as one of the development benchmarks for the 14 national Semiconductor / Solid-state lighting (SSL) industrialization bases across the country.

■ Exhibition Introduction:

The "2024 Xiamen International Lighting Exhibition" is a city branch of the "Ningbo International Lighting Exhibition". The exhibition is committed to promoting the development of China's lighting industry. Leveraging Xiamen's unique Free Trade Zone, Southeast International Shipping Center, Cross-Strait Regional Financial Service Center, and Cross-Strait Trade Center, it deepens domestic and international cooperation and exchange in the lighting industry, building a comprehensive service platform connecting domestic and international markets, technology and markets, ultimately promoting the healthy and rapid development of China's lighting industry.

This exhibition is expected to cover an area of 20,000 square meters with 1,000 featured display spaces. The exhibition will invite LED lighting agents, dealers/distributors, import/export traders, luminaire manufacturers, retailers, design institutes, government procurement departments, real estate developers, urban lighting landscape planners, construction companies, municipal authorities, street light road construction companies, outdoor advertising producers, engineering companies, government departments, hotels, office buildings, theme parks, amusement venues, tourism development zones, industry organizations, etc., from across the country to participate. At the same time, it invites exhibitors and visitors from Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Middle East, Russia, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Canada, India, and other countries and regions.

● Standard booth: Bilingual (Chinese/English) fascia board, 1 consultation table, 2 folding chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 power socket, 1 wastebasket.

■ Exhibition Participation Procedure:

1. Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibitor pays 50% deposit or full payment for the booth within 3 working days;

2. Exhibitors must pay the remaining balance by June 10, 2024; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel their reserved booth;

3. The organizing unit will send the "Exhibitor Manual" to exhibitors one month before the start of the exhibition after receiving the full booth fees.
