The "2023 China Road Lighting Forum (18th)", jointly organized by the China Association of Lighting Industry（中国照明电器协会）, the Outdoor Lighting Professional Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society, and the Urban Lighting Professional Committee of the China Municipal Engineering Association, will be grandly held from April 9 to 11, 2023. At the same time, the "Road Lighting Technology — Proceedings of the 2022 China Road Lighting Forum" will be published.
The "2023 China Road Lighting Forum" will focus on the theme of "Smart streetlights promoting urban lighting construction", adhering to the purpose of "building a comprehensive exchange and cooperation platform for smart city governments, lighting constructors, managers, technical experts, lighting designers and road lighting manufacturers".
★ Significance of the Forum
1. Discuss domestic and international road lighting and intelligent new technologies, new research and developments, summarize China's road lighting standard formulation, comprehensive design, technology application, project implementation and engineering experience; promote scientific planning and design of road lighting construction.

★ Conference Service Fee
Invited guest representatives are exempt from the conference service fee, including those from: urban construction, urban investment, housing and urban-rural development bureaus, science and technology bureaus, urban lighting management committees, offices, and institutes; power supply bureaus; design institutes; clients; and engineering companies.
A conference service fee of 1500 RMB will be charged to representative attendees from lighting enterprises. The fee covers conference fees, material costs, meals, and site visit expenses during the event.

Upon receiving the invitation letter, please carefully complete the "2023 China Road Lighting Forum (18th) Participation Application Reply Form" and reply to the organizing committee's conference team via email, SMS, or WeChat to facilitate badge processing and accommodation reservations. After receiving your "Participation Application Reply Form," the organizing committee will review your qualifications and issue an official invitation letter for registration upon approval.

★Accommodation Booking
1. For delegates requiring accommodation, the organizing committee will uniformly arrange reservations based on the information provided in the registration reply form. Expenses are to be borne by the attendees.
2. The deadline for receiving accommodation booking replies is March 28, 2023. Room availability cannot be guaranteed for late submissions. Please take note!
3. The conference organizing committee will guarantee accommodation for representatives who have confirmed their room reservations on time. For representatives without confirmation or those attending on short notice, the committee cannot guarantee room availability; please make your own arrangements.
★ Instructions for Return Station Drop-off
1. Drop-off time: After the afternoon visit and inspection on April 11 (Tuesday), buses will depart uniformly at approximately 16:30;
2. Drop-off destinations after the visit and inspection: (1) Airport; (2) High-speed railway station;
3. Representatives booking return flight tickets and train tickets should allow sufficient travel time to the station to avoid missing flights or trains.
