Light Industry Vocational Ability Evaluation - Level 3 Lighting Designer Training
To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the construction of vocational skilled talent, and to carry out the national planning and deployment for building a team of skilled talents, strengthen the cultivation of innovative, application-oriented, and skilled talents in the lighting industry. Under the guidance of the China National Light Industry Council, the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI) carries out vocational skill training and vocational skill level evaluation for the lighting industry across the society, providing high-quality talent system guarantees for the innovative development of the lighting industry.
With the development of lighting technology and design concepts, industry practitioners need to participate in training activities to learn the application of various new technologies and models in the field of lighting. At the same time, having a certain foundation in lighting design has also become an inevitable requirement for product manufacturing enterprises to enhance their business expansion capabilities, meet users' actual application needs, and transform towards service-oriented manufacturing. To improve practitioners' knowledge and professional skills related to lighting design, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of lighting enterprises towards service-oriented manufacturing, the China Association of Lighting Industry will hold a Level 3 Lighting Designer Training Course in Foshan from March 13 to 25, 2023, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

IIITraining Schedule and Fees
1. Training Format and Content
This session adopts an O2O learning method combining online and offline formats. The total training duration is 11 days (including 5 days of online training, 5 days of offline training, and 1 day for assessment). The training curriculum mainly covers theoretical knowledge such as design overview, lighting and design fundamentals, lighting safety and measurement, as well as practical operational skills including lighting software application, lighting calculation, luminaire selection, and lighting construction drawing preparation. Specialized content such as luminaire design has also been added. Upon passing the assessment, participants will receive a Professional Competency Evaluation Certificate jointly issued by the China Association of Lighting Industry（中国照明电器协会） and the China National Light Industry Council. The training fee is 6,000 yuan per person.
