Employed at the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Luminaires, the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Electric Light Sources (Shanghai), and Shanghai Shidai Zhiguang Lighting Appliance Testing Co., Ltd. Senior Engineer; Deputy Director of the Quality and Technology Department and professional technical leader. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Standardization Committee of the China Association of Lighting Industry (CALI), Director of the Shanghai Illuminating Engineering Society, Member of the Academic Working Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society, and Secretary-General of the Standards Committee of the Shanghai Pudong Smart Lighting Federation.
In recent years, he has led the completion of 3 projects, including sub-topics of projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as provincial/ministerial and bureau-level projects, and participated in 7 scientific research projects. He co-authored 2 books. He has published 49 papers in domestic and international journals, including 30 as first author. He led the formulation of 1 national standard and 7 group standards, and participated in drafting 2 IEC international standards, 1 national standard, 1 industry standard, 3 local standards, and 54 group standards. He has been granted 2 national invention patents.
