GILE (Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition) 2022 meets you in midsummer

Nine exhibition themes lead the new era of lighting

The 27th Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE) will be grandly held in the summer of 2022 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. The organizers are currently actively coordinating with the venue for a new exhibition date, while simultaneously intensifying preparations for the event. This edition will cover major lighting trends in the new era through 9 themes, leveraging the dual interaction of "Exhibition + Conference" to actively support the upgrading and transformation of the lighting industry and help enterprises explore new business opportunities.

2022 is an important watershed year for industry development. The new era brings new cycles, new situations, and new patterns, with vast market spaces full of opportunities. Enterprises should go with the flow, seize opportunities, innovate and develop, and uphold the banner of innovation in the lighting industry in the new era. At the same time, this is also an era full of challenges. Facing an unknown and volatile market environment, enterprises are constantly exploring and boldly trying, responding to all changes with innovation. As the bellwether of the global lighting industry, GILE shoulders the heavy responsibility of contributing to the sustained and healthy development of the lighting industry, once again gathering lighting industry professionals and a broad ecosystem to look forward to future trends and jointly seek business opportunities.

Regarding the vision for the development of the exhibition and the industry, Mr. Hu Zhongshun, General Manager of Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co., Ltd., stated: "We plan the 2022 exhibition from the dimensions of 'Creative Thinking, Innovation, and Creation,' hoping to create more opportunities for the industry. Currently, it is a good era for the industry, with vast market spaces full of opportunities providing a stage for practitioners to gallop forward. With the arrival of the intelligent era and the continuous shift of the mainstream consumer group, digitalization and intelligence have become the mainstream of the industry. The cross-border integration of the Internet with big data and smart homes had no standards or experience to follow in the past; only by breaking traditions, daring to meet challenges, and creating trends with resilience can we better keep pace with the industry's era."
