I. Preface
As the nation's attention to energy and environmental protection issues deepens, solar photovoltaic power generation, as one of the clean and renewable energy sources, has become an important component of national new energy development. As of the first half of 2021, Shandong Province had a cumulative installed capacity of 26.06 GW, ranking first in the country. In recent years, Shandong Province has fully leveraged its advantages in early adoption of photovoltaic power generation, mature technology, a complete industry chain, and high social acceptance of photovoltaic power generation. By adhering to the simultaneous development of centralized and distributed systems, it has accelerated the construction of photovoltaic power stations and the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation, ensuring that Shandong's photovoltaic industry continues to lead the nation. To boost the development of China's photovoltaic industry, the "2022 China International Photovoltaic Technology and Equipment Exhibition," hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Association for Promotion of Environmental Culture, will be held at the Yantai Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 15 to 17, 2022. Themed "Green Development, Low-Carbon Future," this exhibition will centrally showcase the development and innovative achievements of the domestic and international photovoltaic supply chain, creating efficient communication channels and promoting win-win cooperation. We warmly welcome experts and renowned enterprises and institutions from the domestic and international photovoltaic and solar industries to participate in this exhibition and share the opportunities brought by industry development!

4. Exhibition Fees
Standard booth fee (3m×3m):
Domestic enterprises: 15,800 yuan/booth for the exhibition period
Luxury standard booth (3m×3m, including: inner color page, light box, Logo, negotiation table and chairs):
Domestic enterprises: 21,800 yuan/booth for the exhibition period
Base price for bare space (minimum area of 42 square meters):
Domestic enterprises: 1,600 yuan/square meter for the exhibition period
Standard booth configuration: 9 sqm exhibition space with carpet, 2.5m high wall panels, fascia sign production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, and two fluorescent lamps.
Luxury special standard booth configuration: Based on the standard booth configuration + [booth light box, company LOGO, one glass round table, three chairs, one color page in the exhibition catalog (value 8,000 yuan)].
Raw space fees include: exhibition space, security, and cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).
V. Exhibition Participation Procedure
Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the Exhibition Organizing Committee. Within one week of applying for a booth, wire transfer or pay the participation fee [50% deposit or full payment] to the Organizing Committee. Booth allocation principle: "First apply, first remit, first arranged". The remaining balance must be paid in full before August 10, 2022.
Upon receipt of the "Exhibitor Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Manual" to exhibitors. Matters such as exhibitor accommodation and product transportation shall be governed by the "Exhibitor Manual".
VI. Exhibition Catalog and Other Advertising
In addition to being widely distributed to competent authorities, relevant associations, professional visitors, and buyers during the exhibition, the exhibition catalog will also be sent to domestic and international owners and related distribution units through the organizer's channels.

7. Concurrent Exhibition Activities
Held during the exhibition: product promotions, trade negotiations, technical exchanges, academic seminars, and wind energy forums.
Exhibitors may apply to host dedicated sessions. Fee per session: CNY 15,800 for domestic companies, EUR 4,000 for foreign companies (duration: 90 minutes; sessions shorter than 90 minutes are charged as one full session).
8. Exhibition Promotion Plan
Leveraging comprehensive resources from government bodies, associations, and relevant media, we invite real estate developers, distributors and agents, traders, venture capitalists, photovoltaic engineering companies, and energy engineering companies. Also invited are domestic and international electric power planning institutes, power plants and stations, power companies, power engineering firms, electromechanical installation companies, construction units, contractors, design and planning institutes, OEMs, and equipment technology suppliers to attend and exhibit.
