Preface

Due to factors such as market transformation and consumption upgrades, new display technologies have become the core technology of the electronic information industry, following software and integrated circuits. The application of large-screen systems is also gradually increasing. With the successive launch of many display technologies such as Mini LED, China's large-screen display industry has gradually moved from "lacking chips and screens" to global leadership, occupying an absolute advantageous position.

In May 2021, the General Office of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government officially issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Major Construction Projects in Zhejiang Province", clarifying that 245 major construction projects will be arranged during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, including the digital economy in the modern industry field. It explicitly pointed out strengthening emerging industries such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and 5G, expanding basic industries such as integrated circuits, network communications, components and materials, arranging 11 major construction projects, with a planned investment of 185.1 billion yuan during the "14th Five-Year Plan".

To align with the development trends of the display industry, the "2022 Ningbo International New Display Technology and Application Exhibition & Forum" will be held at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 12-14, 2022, building a professional comprehensive platform for exhibition, learning, research, and sales for enterprises, improving the industrial structure, and promoting industry progress!

Fee Standard:

Configuration Raw Space: Exhibition space only; special decoration management fee and electrical box fee not included

Exhibition Participation Guidelines:

1. Without the consent of the Organizing Committee, exhibitors may not arbitrarily transfer their booths. If discovered, their exhibition qualification will be revoked.

2. After the enterprise completes the "Booth Exhibition Contract Form" and affixes the official company seal, it shall send it to the Organizing Committee. The booth fee must be transferred to the account designated by the Conference within 3 working days. Upon receipt of the booth payment, the Organizing Committee will courier the invoice to the exhibiting enterprise.

3. The Booth Exhibition Contract Form is regarded as a contract. If an exhibitor cannot participate due to unilateral reasons, they may submit a cancellation application within 3 working days of applying for the booth (including advertising); otherwise, the exhibitor has no right to cancel the application. If the exhibitor insists on canceling the booth, they must still pay 100% of the exhibition fees. Meanwhile, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to claim other losses.

4. If forced to temporarily or permanently clear one or more exhibition venues, or to postpone or shorten the Exhibition due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control (such as power outages, earthquakes, war), exhibitors have no right to exercise the right to revoke or cancel the contract, nor any right to claim compensation from the Organizing Committee, especially the right to claim damages. If the Organizing Committee cancels the Exhibition due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, or if holding such an Exhibition becomes unreasonable for the Organizing Committee, the Organizing Committee shall not be liable for damages and adverse effects caused to exhibitors by the cancellation of the Exhibition for the above reasons.
