Executive Chairman and General Manager of Zhongzhicheng Information Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

Executive Director of Zhongzhicheng (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Previously worked at Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Highway Investment Group. From 2005 to 2021, co-authored 3 standards, wrote 24 papers, participated in 17 scientific research projects, and co-authored 4 monographs. The work "Lighting design--from traditional light sources to LED" won the First Prize of the China Lighting Education and Academic Award. Obtained 8 Patents and 24 software copyrights (with 10 applications pending), and applied for and approved the trademark "Zhongzhicheng".

Received the Commemorative Certificate for the Completion and Opening to Traffic of the Yangtze River Tunnel and Bridge Project in 2009, the First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2011, the title of "Excellent Builder" in the Advanced Collective and Individual Competition for Key Projects in Shanghai in 2012, the Honor of Leading Talent in Wujiang in 2015, and the title of "Double Innovation Talent" issued by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province in 2018.

The Zhongzhicheng Information Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongzhicheng Company), founded by him, jointly completed the first large-scale smart pole project in China with Shanghai Sansi Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. -- the Jiangsu Hongze Smart Pole Project. It completed the Smart Ruijin Digital Urban Management Project with more than fifteen application modules, led Zhongzhicheng Company to form strategic partnerships with 30 companies. The founded Zhongzhicheng Company received investment in 2020 from Sichuan Huati Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., the only listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board in China with smart poles as its main business. In 2020, he led the Zhongzhicheng Company team to undertake the smart pole project of nearly 100 kilometers -- the supporting project for the Winter Olympics --- the Zhangjiakou Chongli Tree of Wisdom (Smart Pole) project consulting (feasibility study, etc.), construction drawing design, etc.

In the past decade, he has given many reports and training sessions in the fields of smart lighting and smart cities based on 5G multifunctional smart poles.

Currently mainly engaged in research and guidance on smart pole technical standards, management measures, top-level project planning and design, preliminary consulting and planning, project design, operation and maintenance, development of intelligent control and O&M platforms, and smart transportation based on smart poles.
