National Standard Seminar on "General Requirements for Smart City Smart Multi-function Pole Systems"
The smart multi-function pole is a composite public infrastructure integrating smart lighting, video capture, mobile communications, traffic management, environmental monitoring, information interaction, and other functions. By making lamp poles functional, platform-based, and intensive, it can realize urban management functions in multiple fields such as security, traffic, environmental protection, and emergency response. It is an important carrier for building new-type smart cities and can save material resources and urban space.
The "General Requirements for Smart City Smart Multi-function Pole Systems" is a national standard plan supervised by the Standardization Administration of China, with TC28 (National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee) responsible for submission and implementation. To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on "seizing the source of resource utilization, promoting total resource management, scientific allocation, comprehensive conservation, circular utilization, and comprehensively improving resource utilization efficiency," the National Energy Conservation Center, jointly with Hikvision, organized this standard seminar to promote exchanges among the government, industry organizations, and enterprises, further aiding the construction of green, low-carbon smart cities.
