Hereby, on behalf of the Anhui Lighting Electrical Appliances Association, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to governments and leaders at all levels who have always cared for and supported the construction and development of our association! I also extend my highest respect to the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Lighting Industry Alliance, fellow chambers of commerce, and friends from all walks of life who have always cared for and supported the construction and development of our association!

Finally, I wish the forum a complete success! I wish all guests and friends good health and smooth careers! Thank you!

Chen Yansheng - Chairman of China Association of Lighting Industry(中国照明电器协会)

In 2020, the total industry sales exceeded 600 billion RMB for the first time, and our Export volume also reached a new high, surpassing 50 billion US dollars. Judging from the Export data of the first two months of this year, this year's Export may possibly hit another record high. This morning, I visited Huoshan Shilin Lighting Group. Shilin Lighting should be a flagship enterprise among Anhui's lighting manufacturers. The Yangtze River Delta is a vast region, and I have observed such gradient transfers in the Xuancheng area of Anhui. Anhui has great potential in the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy. I wish the forum a complete success.

Speech Topic: "Night Economy Rapidly Advancing Smart Cities and Light Art"

Keynote Speaker: Ruan Jifeng (Director of the Light Environment Design Institute, China Architectural Design & Research Institute (Zhejiang); Founder of Ruan's Light Show)

Ruan Jifeng stated that the night economy is not merely about turning on lights to attract crowds; it is a comprehensive construction of nighttime consumption scenarios, nighttime tour content, and nighttime tourism economic models. Without a thorough understanding, front-end scenario design lacks foundation. He also emphasized the need to strictly and practically rectify "vanity projects" and "image projects," urging landscape lighting to "return to rationality, science, and nature." Based on reality, scientific lighting should establish positive urban landmarks, contribute to the night economy, and boost GDP. By comparing typical nighttime tourism project models domestically and internationally, he argued that combining urban cultural industries with scene lighting drives direct economic value and highlights the significance of the night economy.

Regarding scene lighting in smart cities, Ruan Jifeng believes that the advent of the era of scene lighting is inevitable, and "emotional light and shadow landscapes" will surely take center stage. Meanwhile, he pointed out that since urban cultures and lighting attributes differ, the combination of unique geographical environments, distinct cultural backgrounds, and unique light-and-shadow art can create one-of-a-kind scene lighting art.

Speech Topic: "Chinese Traditional Culture and the Narrative Logic of Light and Shadow"

Keynote Speaker: Zheng Dedong (Deputy Director of the Design Department, School of Arts, Southeast University; Director of the Institute of Tourism and Landscape, Southeast University)

Professor Zheng Dedong delivered a brilliant speech centered on the following three themes: 1. The "phenomenon" and "existence" of light and shadow acting on ancient architecture; 2. Construction • Dwelling • Thought — Cultural focal points of ancient architectural narrative; 3. The "convergence" and "release" of light and shadow narrative.
