In his address, Zhu Xincun pointed out that the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee proposed accelerating the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the mainstay and mutual promotion of domestic and international dual cycles, comprehensively promoting consumption, and expanding and driving the domestic demand market. The development of culture, sports, and tourism is a key driver of consumption, while audio-video system integration is a market hotspot promoting the development of culture, sports, and tourism. The China Association of Performing Arts Equipment Technology holds exhibitions in Shenzhen to adapt to market demands, extending to the front-end and application end, allowing designers to understand products. This High-Level Forum is also held to adapt to market changes and explore the path of cooperative development in the fields of performing arts and landscape lighting.

Liu Wenhao, Vice President of the Chinese Society of Stage Art and a renowned lighting design expert, shared his insights on "Artistic Lighting Integrated into the City" from five aspects: the night-time economy, urban lighting, artistic lighting, the integration of the night-time economy with artistic lighting, and what urban artistic lighting should be in the new era. He believes that today's urban lighting will create new urban artistic lighting by utilizing light color, patterns, beam shapes, as well as "building facade screenization" and "urban light and shadow shows" based on the characteristics of the city and its buildings, adding a beautiful scenery to the city. He used the lighting design of "Great Tang All Day Mall" as an example to illustrate this. The "Great Tang All Day Mall" is fully integrated with the architecture of the entire block. While ensuring that the architectural style of the block is not damaged, it achieves maximum display effect. On one hand, it is hidden on the buildings in the central area; on the other hand, it is installed on the street light poles throughout the block. Moreover, the colors of the luminaires are customized to match the color of the street light poles, making visitors unaware of the presence of the luminaires. He believes that urban artistic lighting, which integrates lighting, technology, music, and creativity, has gone beyond merely illuminating the city and decorating it within temporal and spatial limits. It has become a tool for shaping the city's spirit and condensing its temperament, as well as an output of values; it is no longer about expressing fashion or conveying trends, but rather "I am fashion, I am the trend." Regarding what urban artistic lighting should be in the new era, he summarized it as: safeguarding the soul of the city and protecting its pulse; telling the city's stories, showcasing its legends, inheriting its history, and innovating its culture.

Mu Huaixun, a researcher at the Chinese National Academy of Arts, delivered a keynote speech on "Cultural Tourism Creativity and Effect Presentation". He explained that the key to creating cultural tourism projects is to achieve the integration of tradition and technology under the guidance of cultural innovation concepts. The core of cultural creativity is the inheritance of cultural heritage; "creativity" must be unique, original, and meaningful. Because it is closely combined with art, it will inevitably provide aesthetic enjoyment in terms of sensory experience. The creativity of cultural tourism projects should first explore their characteristics and cultural background, determine their nature and needs, strive to achieve historical authenticity while unifying fun, knowledge, and artistry, and be closer to people's daily lives. It is necessary to excavate unique regional cultures and features, and have attractive and shocking "creative concepts". The creative concept referred to here is a distinctive positioning and attraction derived from in-depth excavation, digging into the natural and human resources of scenic spots, finding out the cultural context and characteristics of scenic spots, and forming differentiated competition. He emphasized that lighting design should first respect nature and value "functionality and practicality"; the quality of equipment determines usage efficiency; technical indicators and parameters include the color temperature distribution of light sources and the matching of light with the environment. The key is to reflect the relationship of respecting "nature and integration"; there must be uniqueness, and the overall intuitive beauty of the design is the cultural symbol of the project, thereby injecting new thinking, creating new gameplay, establishing confidence, and enhancing credibility and pride in local culture for traditional cultural IPs.
