The 1st National High-Level Forum on Innovative Development of Smart Agriculture and Healthy Agriculture
To all alliance member units and relevant experts:
Currently, China's agricultural products face both阶段性 oversupply and insufficient supply, and the quality of agricultural supply urgently needs improvement. We must adhere to green agriculture and quality-oriented agriculture, promoting the shift from yield-oriented to quality-oriented agriculture. To actively explore new paths for high-quality agricultural development, discuss theoretical and practical achievements in the innovative development of smart agriculture and healthy agriculture, strengthen industrialization exchange and cooperation, and promote the modernization, greening, and health-oriented upgrade of agriculture, the "1st National High-Level Forum on Innovative Development of Smart Agriculture and Healthy Agriculture," hosted by the China Healthy Agriculture Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and co-organized by Agricultural Lighting Network and Beijing Zhongnong Bohou Agricultural Science Research Institute, will be held during the 2020 Smart Agriculture Equipment Exhibition in Beijing in April 2020. Permanent Chairman and Secretary-General of the National Food Safety Innovation Center
Has held senior management positions such as International Sales Director, Head of Global Sales Operations and Key Account Management, Global Vice President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific, and President at multiple Fortune 500 companies and financial capital management firms. Holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the City University of New York, a Master of Science in Mechanics from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Mechanics from Fudan University. Selected for the national "Thousand Talents Plan" by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and as a "Leading Talent" in Guangdong.

Postdoctoral researcher at China Agricultural University, Senior Agronomist, ACI-certified International Registered Senior Photovoltaic Agriculture Manager, Senior Engineer, Deputy Secretary-General of the Rural Cooperative Economic and Technical Professional Committee of the China Cooperative Economics Society, Vice Chairman of the China Photovoltaic Agriculture Vocational Education Group, and inventor of laser plant growth supplemental lighting devices. Tong Yuxin
Associate Researcher, Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences
Core technical member and Associate Researcher of the "Innovation Team for Facility Plant Environmental Engineering" at the Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Received a Ph.D. in Environmental Horticulture from Chiba University, Japan in 2011, and completed postdoctoral research at Chiba University in 2012.
Main research areas include greenhouse environment control and energy saving technologies, and efficient utilization of input resources in plant factories. Since 2012, has undertaken more than 10 related projects, including the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program) project "Energy Saving Control Technology for Artificial Light Plant Factory Environment", China-Romania international cooperation project, the Start-up Fund for Returned Scholars "Research on Air Conditioning Energy Saving Control Strategies for Artificial Light Plant Factories", and the Intelligence Introduction Demonstration Project "Research and Demonstration of Efficient Light Energy Utilization Technology in Plant Factories".

Master's degree from Wageningen University, Netherlands; General Manager of Beijing Jixing Agriculture Co., Ltd.
Manager of the Agricultural Development Department at Beijing Urban Construction Group No. 6 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Primarily responsible for the overall planning and execution of the group company's Mujiayu Agricultural Complex. The project was designed by the Dutch Prins Group, funded and constructed by Urban Construction No. 6, and operated by Beijing Jixing Agriculture. Led the design, construction, and subsequent operation of the 3-hectare greenhouse project.

Wu Sen
Vice President of Marketing, Seoul Semiconductor
Graduated from the Department of Physics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Master of Science degree. Joined Philips Group in 2004 as an Optical Engineer. Joined OSRAM Opto Semiconductors in 2007, serving successively as Application Engineer, Application Technology Specialist, and Senior Marketing Manager for Greater China. With 14 years of experience in the LED-related industry, he has deep expertise in the LED chip and packaging industry, with 6 years of LED technology experience and 8 years of LED market experience. He has conducted varying degrees of research on LED general lighting, horticultural lighting, healthy lighting, and other applications.
