I. Exhibition Background

Through continuous deepening of comprehensive educational reforms in recent years, comprehensive improvement of weak links, and promotion of balanced educational development, the quality of education in Northwest China has significantly improved, laying a solid foundation for transitioning from basic balance to high-quality balance. To implement the spirit of the "Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Modernization of Education (2018–2022)", carry out the plan for revitalizing and developing education in central and western regions, address shortcomings in educational development in these regions, accelerate the standardization of compulsory education schools in central and western regions, promote the integrated innovation of educational equipment and related educational elements, and help form new drivers for educational development, the 2020 2nd Northwest Education Equipment Expo, themed "Innovative Educational Equipment · Sharing Future Technology", guided by the China Educational Equipment Industry Association, the Department of Education of Shaanxi Province, the Department of Education of Gansu Province, the Department of Education of Qinghai Province, and the Department of Education of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, hosted by the Educational Technology and Equipment Management Center of the Department of Education of Shaanxi Province, and co-organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Education Society, the Shaanxi Provincial Vocational and Technical Education Society, the Shaanxi Provincial Preschool Education Research Association, the Shaanxi Provincial Sports Facilities Industry Association, and the Student Uniform Professional Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Textile Industry Association, and executed by Xi'an Huafu Exhibition Co., Ltd., will be grandly held at the Xi'an Silk Road International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 12 to 14, 2020. Relying on the resource advantages of educational authorities, it directly connects with tens of thousands of universities, colleges, secondary schools, primary schools, and kindergartens in Shaanxi Province. It builds a diversified service system platform for professional exhibitions, focuses on deep cooperation between supply and demand sides, and realizes a value-driven exhibition with multi-party win-win results. 4. Review of the Previous Edition

The first Northwest Education Equipment Exhibition was held at the Xi'an Qujiang International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 10 to 12, 2019, truly achieving the best effect of being based in Xi'an and radiating across the five northwestern provinces. It attracted a total of 46,670 professional visitors (including over 5,000 kindergarten principals and heads of preschool education-related institutions). Wang Fu, Executive Deputy Director of the Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation under the Ministry of Education and President of the China Educational Equipment Industry Association; Zhao Changbao, Member of the Education Working Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education; and more than 40 educational leaders and guests from the five northwestern provinces and regions attended the opening ceremony.

5. Five Highlights of CEET Creative Education Exhibition — Northwest Education Equipment Expo

The Northwest Education Equipment Expo is an important part of the CEET Creative Education Exhibition. Building on the foundation and experience gained from the successful holding of the first Northwest Education Equipment Expo in 2019, and to ensure the success of the expo, the organizers will focus on inviting well-known enterprises in the industry to exhibit and participate, and will organize relevant units with purchasing power to visit through multiple channels and in various forms.

6. Scope of Exhibition

(1) Teaching instruments and equipment required for all levels and types of education (preschool education, compulsory education, high school education, vocational education, special education, higher education), as well as equipment for various laboratories and functional classrooms.

(2) Educational informatization equipment such as computers and networks; teaching software and online education and distance education products; maker, 3D printing, and artificial intelligence equipment.

(3) Various types of school office furniture and equipment, student desks and chairs, beds, cabinets, etc.; teaching books, wall charts, educational resource materials, and library venue equipment.

(4) Equipment for physical education, music, and art education; equipment for scenario-based classrooms for traditional culture education such as Chinese language, politics, history, and calligraphy; equipment for various functional classrooms such as mathematics, experiments, geography, mental health, and healthcare.

(5) School energy saving and environmental protection equipment such as fresh air systems, drinking water systems, lighting, and air conditioning; school buses, student uniforms, and campus security and intelligent monitoring equipment.

7. 50,000 Professional Visitors – Ensuring Maximum Exhibition ROI

The organizers will leverage 20 years of exhibition organization experience, relying on the vast Northwest market, to comprehensively invite relevant institutions and competent authorities to visit and procure. It is expected that there will be 50,000 professional visitors, with 60,000 visits.

(5) Principals of primary and secondary schools (including secondary vocational schools and special education schools) and kindergartens in our city; persons in charge of equipment and logistics; key subject teachers; equipment management staff of higher education institutions; and logistics management and service personnel;

(6) Personnel from educational equipment manufacturing enterprises, agents, dealers/distributors, international trade purchasers, and other relevant organizations.
