■Exhibition Background:

Ningbo is renowned domestically and internationally as the "Hometown of Luminaires". As one of the first pilot cities for the national "Ten Cities, Ten Thousand Lamps" Semiconductor / Solid-state lighting (SSL) application project, in 2018, the total sales of Ningbo's lighting industry exceeded 3.5 billion yuan, accounting for 23.44% of the national total. A relatively complete supply chain has been formed, making it one of the most important production and export bases for semiconductor / solid-state lighting products in China.

According to analysis: In 2017, the global LED lighting penetration rate reached 36.7%, an increase of 5.4% from 2016, and by 2018, the global LED lighting penetration rate rose to 42.5%. It is estimated that by 2020, China's LED lighting output value will reach 445 billion yuan, a year-on-year (YoY) increase of 14.1%. The penetration rate of the global LED lighting industry continues to rise.

■ Exhibition Introduction:

The "2020 Ningbo International Lighting Exhibition" is committed to promoting the development of China's lighting industry, strengthening domestic and international exchanges and cooperation, enhancing corporate brands and awareness, thereby advancing the overall development of China's lighting industry; the exhibition is expected to cover an area of 50,000 square meters, with 2,000 featured display spaces.

The previous exhibition was successfully held at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 9-11, 2019. ● Raw space booth: Provides only exhibition space; does not include booths, furniture, special decoration management fees, or electricity fees.

● Standard booth: Chinese-English fascia board, 1 consultation table, 2 folding chairs, 2 spotlights, 1 power socket, 1 wastebasket.

■ Catalog Advertising: The catalog has a circulation of 50,000 copies, distributed to attending professional buyers and key purchasers in the organizer's database.

■Exhibition Participation Procedure:

1: After confirming participation, request the exhibition application form (contract form) from the organizing unit, fill it out, and mail or fax it to the organizing unit;

2: Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibiting unit pays 50% of the booth deposit or the full amount within 3 working days;

3: Exhibitors must pay the remaining balance by June 20, 2020; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to adjust or cancel their reserved booth;

4: The organizing unit will send the "Exhibitor Manual" to exhibitors one month before the start of the exhibition after receiving the full payment for the booth.
