1. Booth assignments will be made on a "first application, first payment, first confirmation" basis. Complete the application and contract form, affix the official company seal, and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee. Once signed and stamped, the application form has the same legal effect as a contract; faxes or copies are valid.
2. Within five working days after submitting the exhibitor application form, please transfer the exhibition fee to the Organizing Committee. Overdue booths will not be reserved.
3. After receiving the exhibitor application form and payment, the Organizing Committee will reply with a booth reservation confirmation letter within one week and issue the "Exhibitor Guide" before June 1, 2020.
4. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust some confirmed booths based on the overall effect of the venue and fire safety requirements.
